As a leader in the moissanite industry, Ze’Shai  is proud to provide our customers with an elite Moissanite Gemstone collection that is created using only the highest levels of quality and craftsmanship that is backed and warranted with an exclusive  Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is for the maintenance of the optical properties of the gemstone such as the fire and brilliance inherent in your Moissanite Gemstone(s). In addition, this Limited Lifetime Warranty is a warranty against defects in our Moissanite material and workmanship.

It does not cover chipping, breaking, scratching, abrasions, or damage that is as a result of abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your gemstone(s).

No third-party alterations or treatments are endorsed or approved. Such processes may be temporary and could lessen the durability and value of the gemstone(s). Accordingly, any third-party alterations or treatments void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all purchasers of the gemstone(s) up to and including the original end-consumer purchaser, and is non-transferable from the original end-consumer purchaser to another person.
All implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. The sole and exclusive remedy for any defect covered by this limited lifetime warranty is that, after the date of your purchase, the retail point of purchase, will, at its option, repair or replace the moissanite with a gemstone(s) of equal or greater quality, without charge to you. You will be responsible for any cost of shipment of your item(s) to or from Ze’shai will not be responsible for any damage or loss during shipment.
